​How Do I Place An Order?

You can make a purchase directly through our website using any major credit/debit card (Master/Visa/Amex) or you can call us for your orders on +1-340-626-5687.

 

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

 

We accept the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Western Union, Wire Transfer.

 

Can A Purchase Be Shipped To An Address Other Than The Credit Card Billing Address?

Yes, you can. In this case, however, we will contact you to confirm your order and make sure you have authorized the purchase. In the case where we cannot contact you, we will ask your credit card company to contact you to receive proper authorization of the purchase.

When Will I Receive My Order?

​

Most purchases ship within two to three days after you place an order. During this time, JC Jewelers is verifying proper authorization of the purchase as well as preparing an appraisal report, in your name, for the item purchased. On the day of shipping, we will email you with the tracking number of the shipment so you can track your order for yourself.

 

What To Do If Order Has Not Been Delivered In A Given Time?

 

All of our orders are tracked by our customer representative. If you have not received an email with the tracking number and you are concerned that you will not receive your purchase on time.
